- Does anyone know if there is any tcp/ip freeware drivers available for
- VME147 Based Unix Machine running AT&T system V, I believe.
-
- Or does anyone know about a freeware unix for the same processor.
-
- OpenBSD/mvme68k runs best on this processor. (netbsd has some code,
- but it is old, defunct, and slowly rotting).
-
- unfortunately, the 147 scsi driver doesn't work. you will need to do
- nfs diskless booting. the mvme68k port also supports a couple of other
- (faster) models so there hasn't been a lot of work done at finishing
- the 147 scsi driver. the 162 and 167 are much faster boards, and very
- well supported.
-
- look at www.openbsd.org, where you will find a page devoted to the port.
